Straight about how this works, because you should know before you sign: every shade is custom made to your exact windows, so the product itself is final and cannot be resold or refunded. What we refund is the installation labor, and the amount is written into your agreement up front. We would rather tell you that plainly now than surprise you later.

Two different things, and it is worth knowing which covers what. Norman gives a limited lifetime warranty on the product itself against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own it. Some lines are shorter: motorized components carry five years, cords seven. Norman's warranty does not cover labor, measuring, or installation. That part is ours. Norman covers the product, we cover the fit, and neither of us bills you for it.
